Country House “ LA SPINETTA” is located between Tuscany and Umbria, in one of the most charming areas of the Country side in Central Italy.
LA Spinetta consists of four independent apartments and its annexed in agricultural structures inside a well tended farm of 110ha.
It is the ideal place to spend some holidays and relaxing time in large furnisched houses with all usual conforts.
The Structure, whose main farmhouse dates back to the end of the middle ages, was able to create a warm environement full of light by means of traditional materials and original architectural features.
The apartments are equipped with all comforts, for a total of 22 beds.
The pool (12x6mt) bordered by large trees, was obtain in a natural trough of terrain. For our guests a great covered barbecue with tables, chairs, sink and fire and an old pizza oven located in a niche of the main house.
