The holiday farm have 12 apartments.
2 two rooms apt,
6 one room apt,
4 three rooms apt.
All of them are fournisched of an own private bath with shower and kitchen with stoves ,
fridge ,crockery and saucepans.
All the 2 and 3 rooms have tv and air conditioned , a oven ,central heating.
The area of a two rooms apt is 35m2 this kind of apt is suitable for a
family of 4 persons.
The two rooms apt have a bedroom for 3 persons with a double bed and a single bed
In the kitchen living room there are 2 single beds .The two rooms are on the groundfloor , they have a garden with table and chairs where people during summer time eat out and have a nice view on the swimmingpool we have also a new 2 rooms 40 mq2 , 2 bath conditioning groundfloor direct acces to the garden patio
WE have also 3- 3 rooms 65mq2 with 2 bedrooms groundfloor conditioning patio garden with tables and chairs , EACH 3 apartments are suitable for family of 6/7 persons
We have a three rooms apt 55 m2 with 2 indipendent bedrooms for 2 persons each , and a mezanine for 2 this apartment is in the back side of the house at 1st floor, ,conditioning,balcony lake view , no garden.
The one room apt have differents area 4 are 30m2, they are suitable for 4 persons(there is 1 double bed and 2 single beds) ),two of them have a nice view onthe lake,they are conditioning
Two one room are 45m2,they are very large and have two beds for 2 persons and a 2beds for 1 person, one of them is conditioning
If you stay a week in the price light water gaz and bed linens are included, TOWELS NOT INCLUDED, you can rent them by us OR TAKE at HOME
If you stay few days are included 2 towels for ach persons,
IN THE FARM IS POSSIBLE BUY WINE OR OLIVE OIL |
